Over and over users report issues with forgetting to set material type or height, or simply not understanding how it works. The user interface used to be much more clear and then y’all went backwards. Before July of last year “Unknown material” was shown in the top left corner along with entered material height.
Now it shows this:
We had useful information and now just a confusing word. I commented at the time of the change and got this in response.
It’s a two step process to see whether a material thickness has been entered. Please, go backwards.
