Need new belt. No response from Customer Service

My belt for horizontal movement broke and I need to order a new one. Machine is paid in full and a couple of weeks out of warranty. I have tried to reach customer service with no luck and I have over 50 orders that are backing up. I need help please!!

Check your spam folder. They send an immediate automated response to all emails, and usually respond directly within one business day.

Of course, posting here has opened another support ticket, but they will close this if they are already communicating via email.
