This project was created with 3 mm Baltic Birch.
There are 3 cut paths included- you can ignore them if you choose to cut only 1, however, I have found that I have more success running multiple cut paths @ varying powers and depths. No scorched edges and no worries about thick glue areas. As a result, the kerf on this project is 0.009.
This is not your typical finger joint box but was made using the MakerCase generator for t-slot bolts and modified from there. I used little wood shims instead of bolts just for fun, but bolts will work too.
