New cable still stuck

Ok so I have only been able to use this thing a week it’s been down since December 24. I finally gat a new lid cable and still same issue. I understand problems but I cannot understand why I have to wait for an email to get help with something I payed a lot of money for. I waited over an hour and a half to chat with someone online but no help. I just want someone to ba help me

I hate posting crap. I would rather speak to someone but not with this company.

They’re working on it if you notified them via email and got one of the automated notices that said they would try to get back to you within a few days. It created a ticket for you.

They’ll contact you when they have a resolution for you or when they need further information. Watch your emails and make sure nothing gets lost in Spam.
