New designs will not upload

I can’t get any new designs to upload. I’m able to run my previous designs from the Home page. I keep getting an error & it says to contact support. I’m trying to finish up several things for a big vendor show Saturday. I’d appreciate any input. Thanks!

Were the designs created in CorelDraw or Affinity Designer?

InkScape. I haven’t had any issues with them until now.

Well it wouldn’t load any file I hadn’t previously run. Now, after an hour, it seems to be working perfectly for no reason. Thanks for trying!

I’ve had that happen before - I think it had something to do with a weak WiFi signal. Glad it straightened itself out quickly though. :slightly_smiling_face:
