my new glowforge aura just stopped working ! any advice ?

the power is in but when i press the print button it starts working but nothing engraved
So it appears that the machine does have power but you are not getting the expected result. In this case, I would suggest that you run the Gift of Good Measure. It is a design supplied to you by Glowforge to assist you in troubleshooting your machine. If this design cuts and engraves correctly on Proofgrade material using the default settings, then the problem is likely to be in the design you are trying to run. If you upload it here someone will take a look at it and see if there’s a problem with it.

If you have accidentally stacked two designs on top of one another, the printhead will move but it won’t actually engrave. Also, if the power settings reset to 1, there will be no marking.
Can you share a screenshot of your interface with the design and settings?
