New glowforge button not working

Hi there! I am lookig for some help. I purchased a new glowforge and when I press the button to start using it it doesn’t do anything. It is blinking but not doing anything…

So you have successfully completed the wifi setup process?

Yes, It was connected to the wifi. Now the button is not blinking. The app shows the time to di the job but the button is not blinking.

Have you contacted Glowforge support? (They don’t monitor the forum.)
