We cleaned the GF, not stuck in centering, now stuck in scanning. help please?
Someone from support, can you guys check the machine? It’s just stuck on centering. Its not the wifi, got that updated this morning…help?

Not sure about your case but many including mine turned out that where the cable plugs into the printer-head was not securely fastened even though you could not tell by looking at it. Cleaning could have moved something.
