This is for an upcoming event where there is an auction where the funds go to an equestrian scholarship at the barn. This is a leatherette bound journal, this is a textured print, so while the image appears to be a wood carving (started as a real photograph) it is also tactile.

I hate that it looks to be tied to a subscription model. Weāll see, but it would be nice to buy something that doesnāt require an ongoing subscription. The larger tanks do look good through.

Apparently the subscription is optional (or at least on the video I saw), but if you need this larger ink, you are already consuming a lot of it where that might make sense, but I get you.

Came down and couldnāt find the bottle opener Iād just printed on. Given its steel, figured it didnāt blow away, but apparently the magnets that close the doors will suck magnetic metals right off the bed! (For those unclear that is looking up at the underside of the bed)

Iāve seen this pop up a few times for eufy users, and they had to tape the object down to prevent this. Iād like to try one of these, and maybe 2-sided tape would be enough to hold it down.

I am really enjoying creating canvas prints (on cheap amazon pre-stretched primed canvas - hint that saves needing to put down the white layer). Theyāre pretty quick to make (a 12x16ā print takes about 12 minutes on standard quality). Here is one I did for a colleague (orthopedic surgeon so of course he lifts weightsā¦ but he wanted a lb/kg conversion chart) So I found a 1940s patent for barbells and pasted an excel table for lbs to kg and printed it (it was like 9ml of ink total). Now that all my previous ink orders have arrived I am not worried about running out. Finally had to replace my white cartridge.

Today I decided to try out some custom aviation golfballs. Got some blank ones on Amazon (not being a golfer I have no opinion on their quality). Figuring out how to fade a gradient in Illustrator, whew! (those are all SVG vectors). These ones are all in the OEM livery but figured one could Etsy custom ones with the personās airlineās livery on them. Not sure if I like just the ring or the whole circle behind them. Have to let my son try them out to see how well the ink holds up (being he both golfs and flies the E-175!). One difference between them is the E-175 one is CMYK+gloss while the other 2 do not have the gloss layer, golfballs are so shiny that adding gloss makes it hard to seeā¦ Itās amazing to be able to read the text on the plane that small (I assume I donāt need to banana a golfball given they are standard sized?)

I like the blue background on the 3rd one the best. It is easier to see the plane. Youāre having way too much fun with your new toy!

Good for playing in the snow! Although we always used fluorescent ones for that. And yes, we did golf in the snow several times when we lived in NE Nevada.

You almost got me to buy those, I had my finger on the button before a rare moment of lucidity kicked in and reminded me I have so much stuff to print on already.

Iām surprised how nice printing on notebooks (the black pleather kind) comes out. A friend of mine asked me if I could print some of their artwork on one, I did the full cover and it looked amazing. I donāt have their permission to share it, but I did this test print on an old notebook I had lying around (with an instant AI-generated image) to check adhesion and texture.
