New machine is not showing up under choose a printer

I cant get my new machine hooked up to wifi. It only shows that i have my old machine and that it is off line. I have a beautiful teal glowing button

Then you haven’t completed wifi setup. It won’t show in the UI until you do.

I went throught the motions and it said that it was connected to my pc on the left side but on the screen of my wifi it kept saying it was connevting and never would
