Our new GF worked perfectly on day one for 5 test jobs. On day 2, it would not get passed the centering phase of the boot sequence. At no point in time during the startup does the print head move. I have tried all of the cleaning suggestions, all of the other boot routines (lid open, lid closed, lid open and wait, manually move head, etc.) and nothing is working, I have verified it is not a connectivity issue as I can connect to the GF from several computers on several networks and see it is connected, centering, or has the lid open. This is very frustrating on a brand new machine I had such high hopes for.

What’s on your print bed during this process? Sometimes material with holes confounds the print head on startup.

I have tried with the crumb tray and a new piece of proofgrade.
