New network. Won't connect

Got a new router/network {Google WiFi). I can connect to the GF, and it sees the new network, but fails when the GF tries to connect. The password is correct. Below are sceenshots of my process.

Thoughts?

Make sure the 802.11 b/g/n 2.4 GHz is enabled on the new equipment.

GF does not support 802.11 a/n/ac 5.0 GHz.

… although I doubt it would see anything if only 5.0 was enabled.

Google WiFi broadcasts on both spectrums from what I can read.

Is there a GF written guide for changing networks?

It looks like it is connected - but when connecting to the new network - I kept getting error messages on my partner setup device (android phone) - which lead me to believe that the GF wasn’t connected.

Weird.

Word of advice to folks out there - you may be getting messages that says there are problems - but your GF may already be connected. Annoying.
