In a tragic fire this week, my printer belt was melted but don’t see how to get a new one?
Have you issued a ticked with support yet? That’s the first thing I would do.

They will probably want photos of the damage, and based on where the fire happened, suggest some other places to look for damage.
Then they can sell you whatever parts are needed. They’ll send you an invoice. Not all parts are listed for sale anywhere, but they can sell you them.
