I am so excited to get started, and have really enjoyed all the useful information by users, thank you for sharing!
I received my GF, got it all set up, connected to wifi, loaded the gift of good measure project, and the GF calibrated and said “Ready”. But that’s as far as I can get.
When clicking print, I get is the “print load, motion planning” error. Nothing seems to be jammed, using PF medium draftboard (detected), no additional magnets used, tried other files, power cycled, logged in and out of app.
I emailed support, but wanted to try here as well.
