I had to rename my wi-fi due to other (unrelated to my GF) technical issues and now my GF is ‘offline’. I tried the trick of holding down the button for 10 seconds, then going to the set up page after connecting to the GF’s WiFi, but that didn’t work. I restarted my computer, closed and reopened my browser and neither of those fixed the problem. I am stuck on the ‘connect your Glowforge to WiFi’. It is waiting for the connection and nothing is happening. PLEASE HELP!!!

I decided to try in chrome instead of firefox and it worked. So for future reference always try a different browser if you tried everything else!!!
