No answer from support for over a week on my broken GF

Can I get a response of some sort to request (75360) please.
I have sent several emails over the week and had no response beyond the first - I don’t know if you have received any of the emails or not.
This is in reference to GF smashed on arrival.

@sqw - I also am having trouble with GF support. It took them 8 days to respond to my initial ticket - and the response was very quick and not thorough enough to help resolve my damaged part as well. I am now on day 3 of waiting on a response.
