Yep it’s me again - feeling stupid
I am downloading pictures using upload
Placing on the material
Everything looks good
But I am still getting ‘No Artwork’ message
What am I doing wrong ???
Did you select the engrave/ cut settings after you did that? If you share a screenshot it would help as well.
Select material. Select operation instructions for cut/score/engrave.
Two things will cause that:
- you don’t have the material type selected (or detected from the QR code)
- ANY part, no matter how small, of your design, is outside of the printable area

The the teal light came on and message off line
I have internet connection on my lap top but not on glowfirge
