Trying to engrave in rubber to create a reverse stamp and it keeps saying “no artwork” even though I have a fresh piece of rubber (and I’ve entered thickness since its not proofgrade), and the image (SVG) is squarely in the center. Frustrating! What am I doing wrong?
Welcome to the forum.
Are your speed/power/lpi settings accurate? Have you tried slowing the engrave speed and increasing the power. How did you arrive at 3 passes at power 1?
When you click on the lake - how big is the empty box around it? If any of those edges go off the screen, none of it will engrave.
I literally have no idea – BUT when I adjusted the sliders it turned blue and then appeared so that worked! But how can I learn what any given setting should be? Confused by this…
Im having a no artwork issue as well. Im experiencing reduced printable area. I only 6.6in.x10.4in available in a portrait orientation. All of my designs are off because of this “change”. Why has my Pro been reduced to that its suppossed to be 19in
Welcome to the forum.
Reduce the speed of your engrave and the usable size of the bed will increase.
Thank you. Problem solved.
