No Artwork in app message

I’ve brought in my art, selected the various cuts/engrave/scores, etc., but, I get the message “No Artwork”. I’ve tried everything, but, still does not recognise the art work.

Help!

Another person recently got that message when they uploaded their design using the Add Artwork button instead of uploading it to the Home page. Even though Add Artwork should work, there may be a bug they are working on. So maybe you should try uploading to the home page instead.
