can someone help me fix this clearly I have artwork in the print area. The cat is a file uploaded and the handle is from GF
One thing that I have seen happen is that I have had an extraneous item off to the side by accident. from moving my image and NOT everything being selected. so if your image has some part hanging OFF the print area I think it will flag the whole thing as NOT there.
another possibility is that your text has not been converted to a path for engraving and the cloud doesn’t like that either.
or I could be wrong on both counts. Which will cause the smarter people around here to chime and then you’ll be good to go. 
Have you selected settings for the artwork? It doesn’t count until you do.

Yeah. You’re using “Unknown” material. You have to set speed and power for the artwork before it actually becomes artwork.
