No Estimated Shipping Notification Email

Hi,

I was supposed to get the shipping notification email on Dec 7 but never got it. I sent an email to the support email address and just got an auto email and now in my accounts page there is no more notification date for the GF just one for the Air Filter. Is there anyone that can send me info on what is going on with my GF order?

Hi Peter – that’s usually an indication that your order (and email) is being processed, so I’d expect to see the email very soon.

I’m so sorry that you haven’t yet received your notification that your Glowforge is ready to start the shipping process. We recently found a problem with the system responsible for sending those emails that stopped your notification from being sent. You should be receiving that email soon.
