No laser light

My laser stopped working, No laser. No light in the tube. It worked fine yesterday and now, nothing. All lenses are clean. What is happening?

First step would be to run the gift of good measure file on a piece of draftboard. This will eliminate any file or setting variables.

Found it. Tried it. Still nothing.
