Two liter soda bottles, and the small folgers containers work also but I like the V-8 better for that tight fitting ring,

Wow. Not even duct tape? But if you use shipping tape, you’ll have even more area that’s clear viewing vs. the masking tape…

The two liter soda bottles are the correct size but a bit floppy. After cutting I touched one end to a hot frying pan for a second causing the very last millimeter to shrink and grab the exhaust port very hard. However the V-8 bottle has those rings that are tighter but stretch just enough to work and has a larger area in contact.
