I just went to do a design with my pass through and all of a sudden there is no pass through choice under the 3 dots. Does anyone know how to get it back?
Do you have more than one Glowforge?
No. I just got a replacement unit about 10 days ago. This is the first time I needed to use the pass through
You will need to contact Glowforge support to turn this option on.
I already did that. Just got automated message back so far.
It could take several business days for them to respond/resolve.
Just send a message to support. They will see that and turn it on for you, It is a machine specific ability. They are not fast, and weekends don’t count but it will get done. The automatic email back lets you know you are in the que.
