My Pro lost power in the middle of a cut. It will not power on now. I tried different plugins and different cords. Ive contacted the support team on the 10/5… I still have not heard back. Im needing my laser to complete some orders.
It is likely the power supply has failed, and the machine will need to be replaced. You’ll have to wait to hear from support.
Check your spam folder and follow up again. You should have an auto-reply with a ticket number immediately after contacting them, and they typically get back to you within a day or two.
