UPS has lost my glowforge shipment, need to speak to someone please about what to do about this.
They have chat service from (I believe) 10am-2pm Pacific, but generally answer emails in just a few hours. You should have received an instantaneous auto-response. If you did not, then check your spam folder and add @glowforge.com to your whitelist in your email.
They’ll get you sorted!
I live in the UK and the chat option doesn’t seem to allow live chat. Just keep getting asked to send a request and someone will get back to me.
I emailed 24 hours ago but no response. Very distressing situation with no answers thus far
