How many people are getting these scripted emails and then they want to charge you for another broken machine? Why do they have so many “refurbished” ones if they have a quality product?

This forum is all just other users. If you have a problem you need help with, let us know because it’s likely that someone can chime in with help. If you’re venting, that’s your option to do so, but probably the wrong category for this post.
