Non-Woven Flat Polypropylene fabric

I need to cut single ply sheets of non-woven polypropylene fabric. Basically the outer layer of a surgical mask. Does anyone have experience doing this. I just want to make sure it won;t damage the laser if I test it.

I’ve cut some polypropylene - no issues. (It cuts rather well, actually.) :slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks! This is very helpful. Any recommendations on settings?

They wouldn’t be the same, I was cutting thin sheet poly. (Just run a few tests, start with fast speed and low power, then slowly raise the power in increments until it cuts through.)
