Does anyone know what the “normal” turnaround time is for replacement parts? Left voicemail asking this, but no response yet. Want to know what is normal to know if I am getting frustrated for no reason. If there is a problem I would like to know.
Slowish replies are unfortunately pretty normal.
Wildly erratic, I’m afraid. I’ve had them on my doorstep in a few days, and I’ve had another take over a month. It depends on the part, the availability, the whims of UPS, the phase of the moon, and the number of goats you have sacrified to the Glowforge deities.
Thanks for the info. Afraid I am not generous enough with theGlowforge dieties. I really like the machine, but get very frustrated with the “customer service”.
