Not Cutting Proofgrade Material

I am having problems cutting proof grade material. Firsty I tried to cut on proofgrade cherry ply and it didn’t cut all the way through. Not had any problems until today.

I followed the instructions here: https://support.glowforge.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033633734-Cut-Didn-t-Go-Through-Material I then tried to print The gift of good measure on Medium Draftboard on the proofgrade setting at around 23.57 11/2/21

Still it is not cutting correctly. It seems to be cutting 1/2 - 3/4 of the way through.

Pictures of proofgrade cut attached and all optics below.

The laser head lens is installed the correct way up.

I did rmail support but got automated email asking me to do what I’d already done.

Any help most appreciated.
