Glowforge is not firing. It stopped mid print. Was cutting a file. Head moves and it seems to be fine but tube doesn’t light up.
Checked settings and they are all correct
Cleaned lens and mirror
Cables are all good
Shut off and on a few times
Printed “Gift of good measure” and it did nothing
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Take pics of an attempt to print the Gift of Good Measure using default settings, note the time/date, and send to support using the contact form linked from the support page.
Sounds like either the tube or power supply has failed.
Thanks…sooo frustrating…atleast it is less than 6 months old so it will be under warranty!!
