Not getting any updates on open tickets

I sent in a couple of issues and had tickets opened a few weeks ago…but have had no forward movement on any of them. Who should I contact about getting them done?

Posting in here, as you just did, is the only other way to get their attention…

it might be worth posting at least the ticket numbers save the person who gets assigned this thread a bit of leg works
