Is there anything that I need to do when engraving on products to get it centred.
when engraving a item I center it on the program but when it prints its never centred.
First, have you run the Camera Calibration?
If yes, are you hitting Set Focus (and verifying that the dot is on your material) before you are placing your art?
If yes, if your material is small you may need a jig.

The calibration seemed to do it. That was the first time doing that, thank you.
