Hi all! This is the FIRST time I’ve hit an issue that I can 't fix after a bazillion turn ons and offs. My GF pro will not take a picture. The box wont even move… No matter how many times I’ve turned it off. I have cleaned the entire machine and NOTHING. Anyone have any suggestions? I am losing money by the day and I need a solution ASAP>

I’d like to take a closer look at your printer. Could you please send us photos of the three connections, like these examples below? When we receive them, we will take a close look at the connections and follow up with next steps.
