I am following the obvious logic – seeing it explained makes it intuitive…and also follows that I need to send the entire contraption back – not just the printer head – thanks….this should be a fun ordeal – guess there went the Christmas season - appreciate everyone’s advice
Hi @terry1. Thank you for getting back to us with the requested photos of the optical parts from your Glowforge. Unfortunately, it looks like we will need to replace the printer.
