I have a request to see if I can make a cribbage board out of a wine stave. I have just a portion of the stave, so it is not so curved it cannot fit in the glowforge. I will just need to pull the crumb tray out. Has anyone tried this? What were settings? Any suggestions would be great!

I would recommend using the GF to engrave dots for where the holes should be, and then switching to a drill press to actually drill the holes. How thick is your piece? Cribbage board holes are typically 1/8 inch deep.
It is right at an inch thick. The person said that they don’t care how deep the holes are as long as they don’t go through.
