Offline have been trouble shooting for 6hrs

I’m still waiting for support to reply. Not sure why it’s taking so long.

I have the newest version 13.2. But it’s telling me my password is wrong for both the 2.4 and 5. I am able to login no problem on other devices.

It’s been since Saturday so yes I would consider that more than an hour of reading. I’ve ran through the steps countless times now.
