keeps saying it’s offline and I have done everything possible, refreshed resized turned on and off what else can I do?
Please search threads for “offline” as lots of things you can try–the effective solution for me was to change the channel for my network from 1 to 9 or 11. And be sure you’re using a fixed 2.4gHz and not a 5, or one that lets the device decide what speed it needs.

If you go to the support page there’s a section on troubleshooting your WiFi connection. That would be a good sequence to go through and report back on, as support will probably ask you to do it when they get here. I’d drop a link, but I’m on my phone and it’s hard. You can find it at the top of your app screen, though.
