OFFLINE message Glowforge

HI, I need HELP. I am on day 3 with the ONLINE message. I have left voicemails , opened a ticket & sent emails.I have done all the Troubleshooting through the support page. Had my Internet company here on Friday & no issues there. We have even tried the hot spot on different providers. But NOTHING. Please help

If you’ve tried using a phone as a hot-spot without success then it’s likely the machine will have to be sent in for repair/replacement.

Support is taking quite some time to respond lately but as long as you’ve sent them an email, it’ll be noted when they do get back to you.
