Offline moved

I moved and trying to set my glow forge back up it says offline when I click on it won’t do nothing. I turned glow forge on and button won’t light up. Help me out please

Repeat the setup process to connect to your wifi.

1. Turn on your Glowforge
2. Hold down the button on the Glowforge for 10 seconds until it turns teal
3. Go to https://setup.glowforge.com/ to connect it to your new wifi network

Hey there, not to worry - that sounds normal. The button doesn’t light up unless you’ve told it to “print” or it’s in wifi setup mode.
You just need to redo your GF’s wifi setup to see your new wifi network. Follow the instructions @dan84 posted above and you’ll be up and running.
