I used my Glowforge just fine the other day. Now it says “offline”. I have tried all the troubleshooting tips and nothing is working. Is anyone else having this problem? Or could someone please assist?

I am afraid that wifi issues are almost always local to the individual user. When you say that you have tried all off the troubleshooting tips, does that include moving your router or trying to use your phone as a hotspot to bypass your home wifi?

There’s times when i can just not get connected then hours later or a day it connects just fine…aggravating but don’t give up hope:-)

Try resetting your modem and router.
