I wanted to cut an old file I had saved on Glowforge. I could see the item in the thumbnail icon but when I selected it to open, the file was empty. Now the thumbnail is blank as well. Is there any way to recover these files? I have premium.
I think you’ll need to contact support. Since you do have premium, you should still be able to access your files.

If you cut them previously, when you open the file, you should see the 3-Dots icon next to the “Insert Text” icon. It should bring up a drop-down menu and you can select past prints to click on one of the previous prints to restore it.
