Omg it worked - watch band engraving

I was so very nervous about doing this watch band and stepping outside of natural materials BUT IT WORKED!!! This looks so good and I cant wait to do more!!!

Is it a safe material to engrave?

Silicone, used in many (most?) Apple Watch bands, is generally considered reasonably safe to laser. Combustion products should not damage your machine. Good ventilation to prevent inhalation of combustion products from all materials is recommended.

What did you use to mask and clean these? Mine have brown burn/smoke marks on it.

Scrub with a toothbrush and soapy water. Using a spray bottle with a strong stream helps too.
