Can someone tell me about the online logs customer service mentions in their emails? I am super fascinated by them because my glow has been unplugged for almost two weeks, but CS seems to have some kind of information?

They have logs from when the unit was on and communicating with the internet. There are locally-stored logs, as well, in the event that they require additional information and you’re unable to get the unit online. In that case they’d ask you to export those logs and send them to them.
