Open Lid- what is the out come?

Hello,
I’ve read some post with the open lid error but haven’t seen any that have the resolution… I’ve followed the suggestions in those posts and I still have the same error. I have orders to fill for next week. Am I at supports mercy??? I’ve emailed support but it’s the holiday and I’m sure its going to take a few days to get any feedback. Anyone that has had this happen, what was the final resolution and how long did it take to get it resolved?
