Am preparing the Glowforge for a warranty return.
I don’ have the orange styrofoam that fits into the printer head. Can use an alternative piece?
Can I just put the printer head in a ziplock bag use an alternative protector?
Pickup is scheduled with UPS and the guy is coming soon. Please let me know ASAP.
Some units didn’t come with that foam. Don’t worry about it. I returned a unit without. A Pre-Release unit.

The important thing is the head be placed properly in the Rear Foam Block as in this photo:
