Orange Light - Overheating Error Message

The orange light is coming on my Glowforge Plus and I’m getting the overheating error in the dashboard. The ambient room temp is around 60-64F. I’ve left the machine off for hours and re-tried a few time to no avail.

I’ve checked the fan at the back and the small one in the font right as best I can and can’t see any obstruction or blockages. There are no materials blocking air flow on the front right. I’ve unplugged the laser head unfit and clipped it back in place - the pins seem ok. I can’t see any obvious problems with the cables at the back on the left - I’ve pushed them in firmly.

When I switch the machine on it makes the usual start up noise then a low pitched whining noise and then light comes on and overheating error appears in dashboard.

Any advice what to try next would be most appreciated. Thanks.!
