I have gone 6 months on trying to order a new laser head for my Glowforge Pro and they continue to tell me they are sold out. How does a product that cost thousands of dollars not get better customer service. I appreciate you asking questions about the issue with my laser head but all I want to do is buy a head! I may need to get my legal department involved within the school district to ask for a refund.
BTW, you have new Glowforges sitting in your warehouse, go pull one off one of those machines.

The supply chain problems are, indeed frustrating.
Glowforge personnel do not read the forum, so I am afraid the only people hearing you are other Glowforge owners. You will need to contact Glowforge directly for any refund or recourse.
