Ordering problems

So my friend tried to order a glowforge a couple days ago and apparently didn’t get an order confirmation, but also emailed support about it 48 hours ago with zero response so far.

anyone know if the system is down or what normal response times are? i’m pretty sure mine have always been around the 24 hour mark… It’s a tad irritating to tell someone to go look at these guys and then have a less than stellar experience…

It all depends on the ticket load unfortunately. I would assume within 48 hours but I’ve heard longer at times.

I’m going to move this to Everything Else since it’s not really a support ticket item (he would need to open his own ticket by emailing support, or using the chat function on the website). :slight_smile:
