I use the glowforge outline function from the premium features all the time. I was wondering if there is any way to use that function on a simple design inside the design, basically, it is one line.
Have you tried it? If I am understanding you correctly, you want to outline one element of your design. If you can select one piece of your design because it is ungrouped, I think you can use the outline tool. or you can select a group of objects and outline them.

Can you ungroup on glowforge just using premium features?
Absolutely.

And don’t forget that if you give the outline function a negative number, the outline will go inside your image. That may not be what you need for this image, but it’s useful to keep in mind.
